Do I need any prior experience to participate?

No, you do not need any experience to be a part of Envision. All we ask is that you’re registered as a college student and an enthu cutlet!

What do we need to carry and what are the facilities that will be provided?

Carry your laptops, charger and any other electronics you might need, we also encourage carrying simple writing/sketching supplies that could help in the ideation phase!. Wifi facilities and extension cords with charging points will be provided.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes. There is a registration fee of 300/- applicable for MAHE students and 500/- for general participation. If you are registering as a team, please note that you will have to pay for each member individually. Ex - team of 4 will have to pay the required fee 4 different times.

Yes! Transportation facilities will be available at night when you’ll be heading back home.

What are the provisions for food?

We’ll be providing everyone with snacks, tea and coffee on both days. Day 2 [Round 3] participants will be provided lunch as well.

Will the event be overnight?

The event won’t be overnight. The campus working hours will be spread over two days [18th and 19th January]. However, teams selected for Round 3 are allowed to work overnight remotely.
